This was in Liverpool, this church was bombed during the war and has been left as is, they hold theatre here sometimes, its a great place :)

I am aware that, in America, our religious communities vary, but even in our Christian mega-churches, there is a different energy when compared to the energy of "the Church" in Europe.

European Churches are so fascinating to me, as is the history of religion.

I feel very removed from "RELIGION", as I was brought up without going to church.
Thus, I have no personal bitter connection, nor family-oriented community connection to churches.

They are just symbols, to me. Sometimes they are just architecture...

Mostly they are giant, tragic works of art.

(I have never been to Great Britain... Your churches are so gorgeous to me.)

But will mankind ever break free from the evil aspects of religion?

I know you wonder, too.

full view it almost appears that the building and the sky are from 2 different settings, the building just jumps out at you that much.. beautiful :clap:
